Multiplier one day national sport event "BEFIT" in Slovenia

The multiplier one-day national sport event "BEFIT" in Slovenia was held on the 22nd of October 2022. The event is part of the EUFIT project (No. 622998 – EPP-1-2020-1-BG-SPO-SCP) and was hosted by MTB klub Kranj. The project is a collaboration of 5 partnering organizations from Bulgaria, Greece, Slovakia, Slovenia and Croatia.
During the event the MTB klub Kranj crew presented the EUFIT project, the digital platform on the project webpage and the training methodology for avoiding sitting diseases caused by a sedentary lifestyle while working in offices, remotely or at home.
The project videos with example exercises were streamed on a projection screen and presented to the audience. Branded items were also distributed to promote and remind about the EUFIT project.
