DIGIFIT platform officially presented at the third transnational meeting

The third transnational project meeting was held in Komotini, Greece on June 23–24, 2022, hosted by the Democritus University of Thrace. The EUFIT digital platform — DIGIFIT, its content and features — was officially presented. Researchers and trainers discussed the innovative training methodology EUFITME and the approach for selecting participants from the target groups.
